Some basics for newbies who want to learn to play Assault Cube: The first basic is movement. If you want to move around in the game, you use the ASWD, mouse to aim, spacebar to jump, shift to crouch. Basically, in this game, the slower you move the faster you die, so number one tip is to keep moving. Strafing with the A and D keys is the easiest way to dodge bullets.

Another basic that is critical is to learn the maps. You should have a good idea where health packs and grenades are located. You will want to learn the most traveled paths so you can avoid them in CTF.
